As a moderator I have the sad necessity to inform you that with your recent actions you have violated MT rules (to which, by creating an account in MiniTokyo , you agreed to follow: MT Policy & Submissions&Submitting )

You submitted something under the wallpaper category with which you have violated one of these points, namely you took a wallpaper that was not created by you and submitted it here to MT. This is called ripping and therefore according the the policy is banned.

Consider this your 1st warning, continue to do so, which means two more strikes and you will be permanently banned from the MT community. I do not want to seem rude or harsh on you but rules are rules and if you don't abide by them consequences do arise.

You first submission here is not your own as you have taken a wallpaper from elsewhere and submitted here. That is not acceptable in minitokyo. Plagirism is a crime here in minitokyo, do check out the private message and the link for more information.
